What information we collect

This website collects only what you type into the form: your name, your ZIP code, your phone number, the channel through which you prefer to be contacted and the time that is convenient for you. We also record the date and time you gave your communications authorization and the exact version of the text you accepted.

To be able to show what you authorized and when, we use TrustedForm, a service of ActiveProspect, Inc. that records how the form was completed (the fields, the authorization boxes and the page where it was submitted) and issues a certificate. That certificate is kept with your request and is used only to document your consent.

On the technical side, we record the campaign parameters of the address you arrived from (for example, utm_source), your browser and an encrypted version of your IP address. The IP address is not stored in plain text.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, your immigration status, your medical information, your race or your religion.

What we use it for

To contact you and guide you on health coverage options. If you later decide to enroll in a plan, you will be asked for additional information at that time, and we will explain why it is needed.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with insurance companies or administering entities when it is necessary to process something you have asked us to do, and with technology providers that help us run the website, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Communications and how to stop them

I have read and agree to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice. I expressly authorize Mario Barrera LLC (NPN 17440153, Texas License #3008095) and its authorized licensed agents to contact me by phone call at the number I provided, including through automatic telephone dialing technology, artificial or prerecorded voice, and artificial intelligence, for the purpose of health insurance guidance. My consent is not a condition of making any purchase or receiving any service, and I may revoke it at any time. My phone number and consent data will not be shared, sold or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you also check the text message box: I agree to receive text messages (SMS) from Obamacare Ahora, operated by Mario Barrera LLC, including messages sent through automated systems or artificial intelligence, about appointment reminders, support, the status of my request and notifications about my policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used only to send you the messages you agreed to receive.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop receiving calls, say so during a call or write to us at [email protected].

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to us at [email protected] or call 1-844-759-0444.

Measurement

If we turn on measurement tools, they receive only information about how the page is used (which sections are viewed, which buttons are pressed). Your name, phone number and ZIP code are never sent to those tools.

Language

This Notice is published in English and in Spanish. If there is any difference between the two versions, the English version prevails.
